New Baltic Hospitality FORUM Edition 2022, the conference shaping the future of the Baltic regional hospitality market gathered over 125+ participants from fifteen different countries.

2022 NBHF focused on two major challenges of today TALENT and TECH.

- How to manage different topics around new working habits and expectations from the new generation when Great Resignation and Great Regret are in place.

- What to consider when posting an employment ad and how to retain the workforce when flexibility has a new meaning in everything.

- What is it to expect from the leaders of today.

- How to manage the teams of talent.

What kind of technology should be in place from the customer point of view.

- How to balance the use of technology in human driven business models keeping the interests of all stakeholders in mind.

- How to use the data what is collected immensely in the best way and be smart about it.

These and some other relevant and critical topics were covered by our competent line-up and respectful presenters at the forum.
